Terms of Service

Limited beta notice. This policy applies to the closed beta and may be updated as the service develops. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and Montorox LLC for access to AttentionWatch. You must be able to form a binding agreement, provide accurate information, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. Account registration may be open or controlled according to the registration mode shown by the service. An explicit access denial may prevent a new session without silently terminating an already active session.

Accounts and Organizations

Keep access credentials secure and promptly report suspected compromise. Organization owners control membership and paid actions. You are responsible for people acting through your account or Organization and for obtaining authority to submit a product, launch, offer, destination, proof, or other content.

Submissions and moderation

You retain ownership of submitted content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, format, display, moderate, and promote it in connection with the service. We may reject, remove, label, or limit content under our Content Rules. Submission does not guarantee publication, placement, traffic, or continued availability.

Promotion Credits and the Attention Market

Promotion Credits and market participation are additionally governed by the Promotion Credit Terms and Attention Market Rules. Promotion Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not a security or stored-value account.

Third-party services

Outbound links, Stripe payments, identity providers, email delivery, hosting, and other third-party services have their own terms. We do not control or endorse third-party content, availability, security, or claims merely by linking to it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, evade controls, manipulate clicks or rankings, automate abusive traffic, probe security, impersonate others, infringe rights, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate access, preserve evidence, reverse invalid activity where the governing rules permit, and cooperate with lawful requests.

Beta availability and disclaimers

The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Features may change and service may be interrupted. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, ranking, audience size, clicks, conversions, revenue, or any particular distribution outcome.

Liability and contact

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montorox LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from the beta. Rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected. Questions or notices may be sent to cife@attentionwatch.com. These beta terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before general availability. Governing law, venue, dispute procedure, warranty exclusions, and enforceable liability limits remain subject to jurisdiction-specific attorney review rather than being fabricated in this operational draft.
